QUORUM NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town Board of Winchester, Vilas County will attend a Board
Meeting of the Northwoods Emergency Medical Services District 5:00 PM Thursday May 30, 2024 at the
Manitowish Waters Town Hall.
This constitutes a meeting of the Town Board of Winchester pursuant to the State ex rel. Badke vs.
Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 409 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although
the Town Board will not take any formal action during this time.
