NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST OF ELECTRONIC VOTING EQUIPMENT TOWN OF WINCHESTER, VILAS COUNTY, WISCONSIN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 5.84, the Town of Winchester will conduct a public test of its electronic voting equipment to be used in the August 11, 2026 Partisan Primary Election. Date: Monday, August 10, 2026 Time: 11:00 a.m. Location: Winchester Town Hall, 7228 CTH W, Winchester, WI 54557 The purpose of this test is to demonstrate that the voting equipment will correctly count the votes cast for all offices and on all measures on the ballot. The Town of Winchester will hold its Partisan Primary Election on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Winchester Town Hall, 7228 CTH W, Winchester, WI 54557. Town of Winchester, Vilas County, Wisconsin The Town of Winchester is accepting sealed bids for cleaning services at the following municipal facilities: Town Hall — Weekly cleaning of the entryway, town office, and bathrooms. Winchester Public Library / Community Room — Cleaning of bathrooms, community room, library, and kitchen as needed. Park Facilities — Weekly cleaning of bathrooms; kitchen and beverage bar cleaning before and after events. Contract Term: August 17, 2026 through August 16, 2027, with the option to renew for one additional year by mutual agreement of both parties. Thank you to our 11 boat entrants and everyone who attended our annual boat parade. It was a great tribute to the 250th anniversary of our nation.
