Invitation to Bid – Town Cleaning Services

Town of Winchester, Vilas County, Wisconsin

The Town of Winchester is accepting sealed bids for cleaning services at the following municipal facilities:

Town Hall — Weekly cleaning of the entryway, town office, and bathrooms.

Winchester Public Library / Community Room — Cleaning of bathrooms, community room, library, and kitchen as needed.

Park Facilities — Weekly cleaning of bathrooms; kitchen and beverage bar cleaning before and after events.

Contract Term: August 17, 2026 through August 16, 2027, with the option to renew for one additional year by mutual agreement of both parties.

Insurance Requirements: Bidders must carry general liability insurance of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and maintain workers’ compensation insurance as required by Wisconsin law.

Bid Submission: Sealed bids must be received by 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, August 17, 2026.* Bids shall include a total combined price and a per-facility breakdown. Submit by email to clerk@winchester.wi.gov, hand delivery to Winchester Town Hall, or deposit in the tax collection box located to the left of the Town Hall entrance.

Bids will be opened and a contract awarded by the Town Board at its regular meeting on August 17, 2026.* The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
