Check Availability
Review the availability calendars below. Note that calendar availability is shown for reference only — reservations are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the Clerk's office.

Submit a Request
Fill out and submit the reservation form using the button below. The Clerk's office will follow up with written confirmation of your reservation.

Submit Payment
Pay the applicable Deposit and/or Use Fee below. Not sure which applies? Review the Use Policy or call the Clerk's office at 715-686-2123 for more info.
The Winchester Town Park is located at 2004 Townsite Road just south of Old County O along the scenic Turtle River. The park features a covered pavilion, full kitchen, ADA accessible restrooms, playground, foot bridge, and free WiFi sponsored by the Winchester Lions Club.
The Community Room is located at 7748 Lake Street. The building is attached to the Public Library and it features a full kitchen, an ADA accessible restroom, and free WiFi through the Library. The Winchester Memorial Garden is right outside.
The Winchester Town Hall is located at 7228 County Highway W, next to the Transfer Station. The facility includes a large meeting space, free WiFi, a full kitchen, ADA accessible restrooms, and a TV available for use.
