read more >Pursuant to Section 349.16 Wisconsin State Statutes, the Town of Winchester has imposed temporary weight restrictions due to the unseasonably warm temperatures and forecasted rain on all Winchester Town Roads effective Tuesday February 6, 2024. Weight Limits will be removed once roads freeze, and conditions return to normal. Special concessions on the Town roads may be made on a case-by-case basis through the issuance of a single or multiple trip permit by contacting Town Chair Joseph Discianno at 630-546-1265.
