Quorum Notice – July 17, 2026

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.84, that a quorum of the Winchester Town Board will be present at the following meeting of the Towns of Presque Isle & Winchester Shared Services Committee Meeting. The Winchester Town Board will not take formal action at this meeting.

AGENDA
• Pros and Cons of a shared town administrator: Outsource jobs that an administrator would do – this might cost less. Sharing knowledge through a shared administrator. Share contracts.
• What town needs might be similar/different: Stakeholder meeting to determine towns’ needs.
• Agreement between towns: WTA sample agreement? Intergovernmental agreement? Wis. Stat. § 66.0301.
• Create committee with people from both towns
• Job description; contract
• How do we fit this into our budgets?: Innovation Grant.
• Legal advice
