Recycling Center/Transfer Site

Located on Highway W, next to the Municipal Building.

New Change for the Transfer site:  The Town Board approved having year round electronics recycling.  Please ask the attendant for help.  Also, the Metal bin is year round. 

WE DO TAKE: Motor oil and cooking oil, car and lawn mower batteries, any lumber must be cut into 16 inch pieces. 
Room of carpet is $25 and must be cut into 16 inch wide pieces rolled up and no bigger than 2 foot rolls.
Refrigerators $40, stoves $30, window air conditioners $30, dehumidifier $20, microwaves - smaller ones $10 and bigger ones $20, TV and computers are $20.

WE DO NOT TAKE: Antifreeze, paints, stains, varnishes, absolutely no hazardous materials!!! Also, no furniture!!!! 

#1 and #2 go into the recyclables and #3 through #7 go into the garbage!!!

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING WITHOUT ASKING!

Normal operating hours are:
Sunday 9:00-1:00
Monday 9:00-4:00
Thursday 9:00-4:00
Saturday 9:00-4:00

Transfer site is closed on the following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, 4th of July and New Years Day
